The company has its headquarters based in Harrison, New York city, USA.

It has a distribution chain reaching more than 200 countries.

PepsiCo manufactures, markets and distributes majorly foodstuffs made of grain and dairy products together with beverages.


The culture, mission, vision, values, and strategies of PepsiCo.

PepsiCo has a culture, mission, vision, values, and strategies which must be well aligned for the company to remain competitive.

The mission of PepsiCo is a statement that aims at providing its customers with affordable, convenient and delicious foods.

The vision implies delivering top financial performance over a long time by integrating sustainability into the business strategy.

Values include trust, sustained growth, being responsible, and empowering people.

The strategy of organizational change aims at changing an organizational culture

Organization change is a process requires a change agent who understands the change to help the organization achieve the desired change.


Change Management model for PepsiCo

Third is the establishment of the idea for change which is done by having a clear vision about implementing the change.

Finally, at step 8, the change is implemented with executing innovation to a company’s products.

For PepsiCo, the strategic leadership plan must apply leadership changes

The changes should introduce diverse leaders with excellent reputation who should form coalitions for better collaboration (Hawkins & Fryling, 2017).

short-term achievements can be obtained from how employees’ actions and responses for diversity, engagement and shared value system.

Effective short-term results could bring about more change initiatives at PepsiCo.

The new leadership must come up with a better vision and form long term strategies to regain its competitive advantage.
