The NRCC(New river community college) Library has several online databases with full-text articles on a variety of business related topics, such as Business Source Complete and Academic Source Complete. Examples of possible topics include: glass ceiling, employee engagement, training, cross-training, diversity, health hazards at work, stress, workplace bullying, employee privacy. Be sure to properly cite your source.
