Question Description

Title and Abstract – contains essence of the report so the reader can decide whether to read it or not.

Introduction – what is the problem?

Background – if important (maybe what led up to the problem)

Results of your research – what did you find or learn about the problem

Conclusions – what conclusions can be drawn

You might not need all of these sections. It depends upon your “problem”. However, be sure to remember a REPORT is verifiable
